We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide worldwide shipping from our warehouses by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Not available to receive your parcel?
You will receive shipping updates via email and/or SMS. Please be available to receive your parcel when it is ready for delivery or collection. If for any reason you are unavailable, please contact your local post office so they are aware of this, or ask a family or friendly neighbor to receive it on your behalf.
Lost, held or stolen parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping courier but you have yet to receive your parcel. It may be possible that your parcel was lost, stolen, delivered incorrectly or is still being delivered. Please get in touch with us via email with your order number and problem as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, or an apartment whereby there are many residents that can accept your parcel.
We are not responsible for any missing or returned parcels when the shipping information provided at checkout is incorrect. We may put your order on hold and send you an email to verify your address if there is an issue with the shipping address.
Please report a missing parcel to My Heart Teddy via email within 30 days of your order or within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. If you contact us after this time frame, the postal service will find it difficult to investigate your parcel and we may not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.
